RENEGADE KITCHEN – is in house at THE PLANT – Renegade Kitchen embraces the mobile food trend and entertains a more spontaneous food experience. Born by Lucy Markewicz (Vanilla,Freedom CafĂ©, CakeLab) – you can expect to enjoy an amazing and affordable meal or cup of coffee from the kitchens of this culinary genius!





ALSO ON SITE providing scrumptious meals for DURBAN INTERNATIONAL BLUES FESTIVAL audiences is ROAST CO

Roast Co is a rotisserie food truck based in Durban. Launched by Graham Neilson of Boiler Room Cafe along with long time buddies, Mark Brunskill of House of Curries fame & Barserve mobile bars, Kevin Hughes of Splashes & Fat Baz restaurants in Glenashley & accounts manager Patrick Goldie.

These boys aim to serve up super tasty grub favouring brilliantly cooked meats on their rotisserie. Think marinated peri peri chickens, juicy pulled pork buns with an Asian slaw & “fall off the bone” slow roasted lamb.

Roast Co will feature in and around Durban. The food truck is also available for function hire & private hire.

Our product is hand-made, in small batches, to allow for a precise and careful blend of ingredients that highlight the natural characteristics of Dutch-processed cocoa. We focus on the maintaining of quality of our crafted product without adding any artificial sweeteners, flavourings or preservatives
